Task: Network Upgrades
This is a notification that Snowside Hosting will be having a service impacting network maintenance on the above date and time. The goal of this maintenance is to bridge our networks together and prepare for our move into our full rack next week at our datacenter in Dallas, TX. We will announce the maintenance for physical server moves next week when we are closer to this time. This is all being done for our vision of rapidly expanding our infrastructure, while continuing to provide customers the service that they have come to love and expect from us.
While we only expect downtime to last a few minutes, we have allotted a total of 15 minutes of downtime. Please be aware that your services may go down for a brief period of time. This is normal and should be no cause for concern. If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Support or by popping into our Discord server for status updates. Snowside Hosting Staff will be available and on standby during this maintenance.
