We know that sometimes you will need to ship in replacement parts or a new unit to be racked. We prefer to have you ship directly to us so they do not get misplaced in the large datacenter. You MUST ship all items with a tracking number that you provide to our team.
Always make sure to create a ticket with the tracking number and what you are shipping so we can receive this and make sure it gets to your equipment.
